Elon Musk wrote on X that next year he would give one of his SpaceX shares to every child in America, adding that it would be the first of many gifts.
In July, SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell gave one share each to more than 2 million children through Trump Accounts (a government savings account program for children). At the time, Trump publicly said he expected Musk to do the same.
