The exchange updated its terms of use dated October 16 and added Russia and Belarus to the definition of prohibited countries. Previously, the list included Kazakhstan (added earlier in 2026), Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk, as well as the United States, Canada, Japan, Germany, France, Singapore, Hong Kong, and others.
Users from these countries are considered "restricted" persons. Under the terms, the exchange may at any time restrict or terminate access to its services, forcibly close open positions, and restrict withdrawals.
Some users report receiving emails from the exchange notifying them that service is being terminated and requiring them to withdraw all their assets.
