The Securitize Stocks product will initially cover 12 companies, including Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Netflix, Circle, Strategy, and Palantir. Trading will begin on the Securitize platform on Solana; liquidity will be provided by Jump Trading, and settlements will be conducted in USDC.
Each token is backed by a real share and retains dividend rights and voting rights. These are securities rights, not direct ownership in the shareholder registry. Access will be granted to accredited investors in the U.S., Europe, and other countries—first during extended hours, then 24/7.
The tokens are also planned to be listed on the NYSE digital platform and on OKXICE, a joint venture between ICE and OKX. Both launches depend on the platforms’ launch dates and regulatory approvals.
