Currently, the company has about 200 tokenized stocks, and its top priority is to increase that number to several thousand. The next step is to tokenize shares of private companies. According to Tenev, a method for achieving this has already been found, and the launch will be large-scale. Robinhood gains access to such companies through its venture fund and by acting as an underwriter during IPOs; many of these companies themselves are interested in tokenization.

Tenev summarized the main goal as follows: to give people in Ecuador, Africa, or Eastern Europe—with just a smartphone—access to everything Robinhood offers in the U.S., from stocks to private markets.
