Hyperliquid Strategies, a company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker PURR, has increased the size of its agreement with Chardan Capital Markets from $1 billion to $2.5 billion. As needed, the company will be able to issue new shares and sell them to the bank; the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the potential purchase of HYPE tokens.
To protect shareholders from excessive dilution of their stakes, a limit has been introduced: once sales reach the first billion dollars, the issuance of shares priced below $12.02 per share will be capped at 42.64 million shares, representing 19.99% of the outstanding shares. Exceeding this threshold will require shareholder approval.
