Hyperliquid Labs has entered an advanced stage of negotiations with Payward—the parent company of Kraken—regarding the launch of its perpetual futures for U.S. traders. Bloomberg reports this, citing sources who wished to remain anonymous because they are not authorized to comment on the matter.
If approved by regulators, the deal will allow U.S. traders to trade a portion of perpetual crypto futures issued on the Hyperliquid blockchain through Bitnomial, a cryptocurrency exchange owned by Payward.
The negotiations come several weeks after President Donald Trump stated that his administration is working to bring the fast-growing platform to the U.S. market.
