Grayscale withdrew its ETF applications for ADA, HBAR, and DOT.

On August 7, the company quietly withdrew the S-1 registrations for three funds: Cardano, Hedera, and Polkadot. All three withdrawal requests (Form RW) were submitted consecutively, within minutes of each other.

The original S-1 filings for ADA and DOT were submitted on August 29, 2025, while the HBAR filing was submitted on September 9, 2025. Grayscale had already withdrawn its listing applications for Nasdaq and NYSE Arca (19b-4) several months earlier—these registrations remained “on paper,” with no real progress toward launch.
