Crypto.com, Trump Media & Technology Group, and Yorkville Acquisition Corp announced the mutual termination of their previously announced business combination to create Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc.
The reason is the current market conditions and a shift in the parties' priorities. All negotiations and development work on the crypto treasury structure have been officially concluded.
Separately, the parties also terminated the partnership under which Crypto.com was to provide services for a portion of Yorkville America's ETF products. The remaining plans of Yorkville America regarding existing and future ETFs remain unchanged.
