T-Bank plans to introduce a feature for buying, selling, and analyzing crypto assets in its mobile app by the end of 2026—after the law on crypto assets comes into effect. This was announced by Vyacheslav Tsyganov, the bank’s CEO, at the Financial Congress of the Bank of Russia.
According to him, the bank intends to become the first digital custodian and described this development as a long-awaited step toward protecting customers from gray-market schemes. Users will be able to buy and sell cryptocurrencies, view their balances, and perform basic analytics—all within the same interface and with the same level of reliability as other banking products.
