Ethereum Institutional has been launched—a non-profit, independent organization aimed at accelerating the institutional adoption of Ethereum, its L2 solutions, applications, and the ecosystem as a whole.
Its work is centered around five key areas: institutional engagement, institutional analytics, promotion of the Ethereum ecosystem and ETH, exploration of industry requirements, and events.
The founders previously built the Enterprise function from scratch at the Ethereum Foundation, establishing connections with hundreds of organizations—including banks, asset managers, custodians, and market infrastructure providers.
The project’s anchor sponsors are BitMine, SharpLink, and Joseph Lubin.
