Bybit has launched the IPO Express platform for participating in IPOs via tokenized shares. The first project is SpaceX. The platform is powered by xStocks from Payward Services.
Subscription is open from June 7 to June 11, 2026. Allocation will take place on June 11-12, and spot trading on Bybit will begin on June 12. The indicative price is $135 per token, plus a 5% underwriter fee. The minimum subscription amount is $100 USDC. Access is available only to VIP and PRO users.
Kraken has also opened similar access through xStocks in parallel.
