Grayscale is in negotiations to acquire approximately 2 million HYPE tokens from investor Hyper Holdings Global LP as part of the initial capital formation for a new ETF based on Hyperliquid.
The fund may be renamed Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF, replacing the previous name Grayscale HYPE ETF. The proposed ticker is HYPG.
