Gensyn is a decentralized machine learning protocol that leverages blockchain technology to coordinate distributed computing. It enables independent participants to pool their computing power for training neural networks, thereby reducing the cost of training.

The project team raised $50.6 million from a16z, CoinFund, Hypersphere Ventures, Galaxy, and others across three funding rounds from 2021 to 2023.
