Arbitrum took emergency measures and froze 30,766 ETH at an address linked to the Kelp DAO hack. The funds have been transferred to an intermediate frozen wallet and are inaccessible to the original owner. Further movement of the funds is possible only through Arbitrum governance voting.
The council acted with the participation of law enforcement agencies, which identified the hacker’s identity. The operation was carried out without affecting other users or network applications.
